Introduction to MapInfo Professional & Discover
Course Outline
This two day MapInfo Professional and Discover course will familiarise geologists with the basics of the most current version of MapInfo Professional and Discover, a mineral exploration extension for MapInfo Professional. The course consists of a series of lectures and hands-on exercises using geological data to build maps and visualise data.
Each attendee is required to provide their own laptop and mouse. An evaluation licence for both MapInfo Professional and Discover will be provided if the attendee does not have their own license. No MapInfo Professional experience is needed. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own datasets.
